Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process

Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you the return shipping address and instructions.

You must ship the item back to us within 3 days of return approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
3. Refunds
