1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment via major credit and debit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other recognized networks. All payments must be processed successfully before your order is confirmed.
2. How Payment Works
At checkout you will select your card payment option and enter the requested details (card number, expiry date, security code) via our secure payment gateway.
Your card will be authorised at the time of order. We will charge the payment once your order is confirmed.
Once payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If payment fails, your order will not be processed until resolution.
3. Currency and Charges

If your card is issued in a different currency, your card issuer may impose a foreign-transaction fee or use an exchange rate. These extra charges are your responsibility.

If a payment dispute is raised (chargeback, unauthorised transaction), we will cooperate fully with the card issuer and reserve the right to cancel or hold the order until resolution.
6. Refunds and Chargebacks
If an order is cancelled by us before shipment (for any reason), we will refund the amount charged to your card. The refund will be credited to your card account, and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank’s policies.
If you request a return or refund per our Returns & Refund Policy, the refund will be processed via the same card used for payment.
Please note: chargebacks initiated without first contacting us can delay resolution of your refund and may incur additional costs.
7. Recurring or Instalment Payments
✱ None — At present, we do not offer recurring subscriptions or instalment payment plans. All payments apply to one-off orders only.
8. Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees
For international shipments, you may incur customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees. These charges are outside our control and must be borne by you. Payment of your card does not include these costs.
Where local law requires it, we will collect and remit applicable sales taxes or VAT; any such taxes will be clearly reflected in your order total.
9. Order Modifications and Payment Changes
If you wish to change your payment method or split payment across cards, please contact our Customer Support before shipment.
Any changes may result in delays while security or verification checks are re-performed.
